Automotive manufacturer Ford Motor Company MyFordBenefits provides a variety of benefits and perks to current and former Ford employees and their families, including health benefits, discounts, and insurance, including AXZ plans.
Current employees are eligible for plan A, Ford Company partners are eligible for plan X, and retired employees are eligible for plan Z, the new car purchase plan. AXZ plans let you purchase a new Ford car at a discounted rate.
A and Z workers, pensioners, and immediate family members receive a discount on the purchase of a new automobile. Employees who qualify for this benefit may earn up to four Pins every calendar year. A PIN can be purchased online or by calling 1-800-348-7709.
The X-Plan is available in two flavors: an Xplan for neighbors and friends and a SI for partner businesses. The Friends and Neighbors X plan covered individuals sponsored by MyFordBenefits. Each calendar year, you can generate four Pins by going onto your account at www.axzplan.com or by calling 1-800-348-7709.
Partner Plan X enables Ford Company members to acquire Ford automobiles at a discounted rate. Each calendar year, you can produce two pins. A PIN can be purchased by qualified partner firms at www.fordpartner.com or by contacting 877-XPLAN-00 (975-2600).
