Benefits for Retirees at MyFordBenefits

Individuals who have devoted their careers to Ford’s success. In exchange, we want to ensure that you have the appropriate retirement funds. This is why we do an annual evaluation of our retirement programs to ensure that they continue to provide appealing alternatives that match the needs of our retirees.

Costs of health care continue to grow across the country, raising the expense of retiree health insurance. We will continue to make necessary improvements to ensure that our retirees receive competitive pricing.

As a result, all pre-Medicare eligible retirees will have two additional health insurance alternatives beginning January 1, 2020.

The following are the 2020 medical plan options:

  • PPO 3600 + HSA
  • OPP 4000

Both health insurance plans provide access to any doctor in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan network. The PPO 3600 + HSA plan includes a Health Savings Account (HSA) that may help you save money on current and future medical bills.
