As one of the most recognized brands, Ford Motor Company delivers superior service to its employees. Ford Credit is Ford Motor Company’s financial services branch, specializing in car finance, dealer inventories, and leasing.
This transforms Ford Credit Management into an entirely online operation, with all credit reports and credit-related services accessible through individual employee accounts.
You will need your account number, which you will get with your first statement, to register for online access. Registration is available through MyFordBenefits on a desktop computer, a smartphone, or a tablet, or through the FordPass app.
When you log into your account, you’ll have access to information on the following services:
- make a payment arrangement
- Arrange for automatic payments
- Change the date of expiry (see our instructional video below)
- Take a look at your bank statements and payment history.
- Determine the balance due on your account (“Payment”).
- Verify the expiration date of your rental agreement.
- Configure SMS * and/or email alerts

- Your Social Security Number (SSN) serves as your first user ID on the myfordperformance.com site.
- Your initial PIN code is your date of birth in the MM / DD / YY format.
- After the first time you log in to my ford Benefits, you must update your username, as well as your username and PIN number.
- This user ID and PIN are required to view your performance statistics when logging in or performing approved transactions via the employee login panel.
- Select “US Employees” or the chosen department, as seen in the illustration above.
- Register to gain access to your account.
